Free Towing

All Shield members, when involved in an accident, are guaranteed towing service at no extra cost. The car will be picked up and taken to the appointed body shop. Shield also ensures that in 95% of all cases, 29 minutes after the Shield member has reported the accident, the towing provider will be present at the accident site, ready to remove the vehicle once the police officers authorize.
